ABOUT US
South Florida Injury Centers was founded in 2000 by Dr. Brian Wilner, DC, a graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic. In his 24 years of experience with personal injury and auto accident cases, he has treated and managed conditions of the musculoskeletal system. Conditions treated in the office include whiplash, herniated discs, cervical strains, headaches, and general back pain.

At SFIC, we understand the importance of being there for our patients, providing an efficient, effective, and comprehensive recovery plan. We welcome each patient as family and answer calls even after hours. We are able to accommodate patients' busy schedules because all our offices are open until 7:00pm. We provide X-ray services in all our offices, while utilizing the latest techniques and equipment.
OUR DOCTORs
Dr. Brian S. Wilner graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree. He then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1999 from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Wilner founded South Florida Injury Centers in 2000 and his passion became treating patients who were injured in automobile accidents

Dr. Wilner is certified as an educator by the Florida Bar. He frequently lectures attorneys on the topic of “Ligament Laxity Analysis and Permanent Impairment.”
​
In his free time, Dr. Wilner loves to spend time with his son, Brody, coaching his soccer and baseball teams. His hobbies include playing the drums, surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding. While growing up in Hollywood, he became a huge fan of the Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins, and Miami Marlins. He loves to attend their games.

Dr. Kelly Kane graduated from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY, in 2019. In addition to her degree in chiropractic, she also has a Master's Degree in Nutrition. She initially practiced in PA, before relocating to Florida in 2021.

Dr. Kane takes pride in treating injured patients involved in auto accidents, as well helping those who have TBIs. She loves to treat patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. One of Dr. Kane's passions is treating pregnant patients! She works tirelessly to ensure her patients get the care needed so they can live their best life!

Dr. Kane enjoys walking her dog, reading and working out at the gym, in addition to any opportunity to get to the beach and enjoy the sun.
